Orders under £10.00 - £2.00 postal charge
Orders over £10.00 - £3.75 postal charge
UK Highlands and Islands of Scotland (exc. Channel Islands)

Delivery Timescales
Most UK orders are sent Parcelforce 24 which is a 24hr working day service and some of our smaller items i.e. gloves and scarfs are sent with Royal Mail. If your item leaves us with Parcelforce you will receive an email notification with your tracking number once it is despatched from us (normally within 2 working days).

Items out of stock
Here at Gretna Green Group we pride ourselves on offering a unique online shopping experience and we make great efforts in ensuring we have all items on our website in stock. However, there is the odd occurance where an item is out of stock and on these rare occassions we will always endeavour to communicate this to you in a timely fashion and offer a full refund/alternative or the option to wait.
Returns
If you are returning an item for any reason, please print out a copy of our returns form (download this below) and send this back with the goods. This will help us to identify your order quickly and ensure your refund/replacement is dealt with in a timely manner.
