Every day, visitors from around the world arrive at The Village at Gretna Green to experience one of Scotland’s most iconic destinations. Some are stopping as part of a coach tour, others are exploring Scotland on their travels, while many are here to celebrate a wedding, mark a special occasion, or simply enjoy the unique atmosphere and experiences that make Gretna Green so memorable. We’re looking for Seasonal Experience Hosts to join our team immediately and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for every visitor.

No two days here are ever quite the same.
One moment you could be welcoming guests to enjoy their first taste of Scotland. The next, helping visitors experience their first sip of whisky, sharing stories behind our experiences, or helping create memorable moments for couples, families and travellers from around the world.
This is a people-focused role where personality, warmth and great customer service really matter.
You’ll be part of the team delivering engaging experiences across The Village at Gretna Green, helping make every visit feel memorable, personal and unique.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with visitors from around the world
- Deliver memorable guest experiences across The Village
- Share information about Gretna Green and our experiences
- Support whisky tastings and visitor activities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Help maintain high presentation standards
- Work as part of a team to create exceptional visits

Location: The Village at Gretna Green
Hours: Full-Part – 12-18 hours per week (5- 7 days including weekends & holidays)
Salary: £12.75 per hour
