What you’ll be doing
(Responsibilities vary by department but great service is always at the core)
- Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional service to guests and colleagues
- Support day-to-day operations from serving and cleaning to preparing and hosting
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation
- Stay positive and dependable during busy periods, including evenings, weekends, and peak seasons
- Work collaboratively step in, support others, and adapt to changing priorities
- Follow training, procedures, and safety guidelines (full training provided)
- Take pride in your work
- Ask questions, share ideas, and continue learning

Essential Requirements
- Ability to work in a busy environment

Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, however not essential. We are more interested in your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to providing outstanding service.
