Description
This unique gin uses a base spirit created by the team at Crafty Distillery using local grain and features only botanicals foraged from the local Galloway area. The 2021 edition of Galloway Gin features local Juniper, Elderberries, Crab Apples, Samphire, Sea Aster and Sea Buckthorn.

Nose:
Piney juniper, fresh berries and apples are shored up with crisp and bright citrus
Taste:
Juniper led, mild berry sweetness and subtle maritime note, shouldered by zingy red crab apples and slight salt. Overall very clean and fresh
Finish:
Pepper and savoury notes leaning towards a dry finish
