A unique out-of-the-box design Heart Pendant with a 16 inch silver chain from Heathergems. This lovely pendant comes gift boxed.
The gems are handmade in Scotland from heather which has been dyed and compressed before cut into unique designs. This makes each Heathergem unique and unlike any other!
