Here, Redcastle's already heavenly spiced rum gets an added kick with cold brew coffee made from ethical and sustainably sourced beans, roasted just down the road in Arbroath, Angus. The cold brew treatment results in a much lower acidity brew, allowing all of the big chocolate and fruity notes to shine alongside the Angus distilled spiced rum. The result is a standout coffee liqueur that's great over ice.
Sweet and velvety, with caramelised sugar and a spicy backbone. The coffee brings hints of fruity citrus alongside creamy vanilla. Delicious!
