Walker's Stem Ginger Shortbread is made in Scotland using the same baking technique created by founder Joseph Walker over 100 years ago.
Ingredients: wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (milk) (24%), crystallised stem ginger (17%) (stem ginger, sugar), sugar, ground ginger, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate.
